For commercial surveys we take a practical approach to certification. If our standard ALTA certification is more than you need we can customize a certification for your particular needs in order to save your client money. We can also add any requirements necessary to your certification. We provide consultation to attorneys, lenders, purchasers, and escrow officers to ensure that we are using the proper certification to suit your needs. In most cases you should expect to receive your commercial survey in 5-7 business days. Some larger survey could take a little longer, and smaller ones could be completed much sooner. We work with your deadline, and will do everything possible to deliver your survey when you need it.
